Professonal CV

Charlotte Bidston is a 21 year old graduate from the Stella Mann College, where she has recently completed a 3 year study in dance.  At the age of 3, Charlotte discovered her love and passion of dancing and in the years since, Charlotte has widened her range of dance styles to include Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Street, Contempery, Rock n Roll, Latin and Ballroom.
Whilst at the Stella Mann College, Charlotte performed in many shows, including the end of year shows and additionally musical productions of ‘The boyfriend’, ‘Fame’ and ‘Smokey Joes cafe.’  In 2011 Charlotte also performed at the Wembley Plaza for a Business Ball and at the ‘Move it’ exhibition in London.
Charlotte has many interests outside of dancing and volunteers at local disabled clubs to help encourage them to swim and socialise, which Charlotte finds very rewarding.
Charlotte’s ambition in life is to teach dance to children with learning difficulties to help them develop physically and mentally. Before Charlotte fulfils this ambition, she first wishes to gain employment on a cruise ship as a dancer, in order to see the world and experience different cultures and styles of dance.  This will help widen the range of dance Charlotte is able to teach to the children.

My first day... Blogging and all

It has been the first day of the Bridging course for dyslexia.
I met people who were all different ages who are starting the university this year.... They all felt the same as me about written work and reading.... Frustration.
I felt a big weight lift off my shoulders, knowing there is help there for me and other people that are in the same position helps a lot. I feel less apprehensive about starting and completing written work.
I have know planned out my entire semester and set tasks and deadlines for myself.
I have learnt that if i organise, plan out things and set deadlines it makes it seem less of a work load and makes it more reassuring that i will get it all done.
Even if you aren't dyslexic this will help you get things done and set aside time to study.
I also learnt alot of different techniques to help memory and studying.
I'm looking forward to learning more the next three days.
Does anyone have any study techniques which they can share with me?
